I ordered this after watching Yasmi's review, saying it was a must. Well, when I got it, it didnt work. I was disappointed. I didnt react or reached out to Yasmi's team until maybe a couple days later because when I bought it, it was on sale and I didn't want to make a big deal about it. Well, I did decide to reach out and Yasmi's team was excellant! They responded right away and sent me a new one. Customer service, I would give it a 5. Regarding the actual product, the replacement works and I've only used it once. The glue worked like it should, my lashes weren't falling off until I pulled it off, but it did come off easily, not sure if that's good or bad. I dont know how it'll be for future use. I could see the pen drying out. For now, I'll give it a 4.
